We understand that your pet’s grooming experience is important, and we are committed to providing excellent service. Below is our Refunds Policy, designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction: No Refunds on Completed Grooming Services Due to the nature of grooming services, we do not offer refunds once the grooming service has been completed. However, if there are any issues with the service, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. Satisfaction Guarantee We aim to ensure that both you and your pet are happy with our services. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the grooming, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to make adjustments or offer a free touch-up session if needed. Deposits for Appointments A deposit may be required when booking certain grooming appointments. This deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will apply the deposit to the new appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Shows If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your scheduled grooming session, the deposit may be forfeited, and you may be charged a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please let us know as soon as possible to avoid fees. Services Not Performed If there was an issue with the grooming service, such as an incomplete cut or missed grooming tasks, please notify us immediately. We will happily schedule a follow-up session at no extra cost to resolve the issue. Payment for Services All grooming services are due at the time of service. If any concerns arise about the grooming experience, please bring them up before payment is made. We want to ensure everything is to your satisfaction before finalizing the service.
